This sweet girl has an awesome family and JUST turned 3!!  Happy Birthday! And they were so much fun to shoot--sessions with kiddos are always so much fun!

a new endevor

Sometimes, as a part-time photographer, I want a place to share the experience of the various sessions I have... because so often I don't really want to fill up my friends' facebook feed with all the pictures and my studio website isn't really created for that--it's sort of driven by informative purposes...SO, here is an informal blog that will be mostly pictures....mainly for my own enjoyment :-)...

A couple of days ago I decided to drag the girls out to our pasture to see if I could get a shot for their wall.  They all share a bedroom and we've painted it baby pink with blue and reds and gingams and flowers...but they have many blank walls, one in particular desperately needs to be filled and I thought a nice big print or canvas would be just perfect to fill the void...I'm not sure we got the perfect shot for the canvas (I tend to be a bit picky) but what we did get were still keepers...

more cheese...  I can't decide which one I like better for their wall...or if I like any of them enough to drop a chunk of change on a canvas...

I couldn't decide if I liked the black and white better...

                            and if you are outside at our house, the kitties will be following you...

regardless if any of these grace their wall, I will cherish them.
